Why is this item not biodegradable, although we did not use any plastic fabrics? During our prototype phase we tried to use cotton garments and 100% viscose insoles which is still uncommon and would have made the item 100% biodegradable. Unfortunately the insoles and garments did not make the quality tests. Therefore we decided to use the traditional recommended ingredients for this product.

Why do we currently only offer XS-L on?
Every increase in size means additional financial expenditure. The larger the size code is, the more order volume there is. As a sustainable start-up, it is important to us to use resources intelligently and not to produce any stock that we cannot sell. As the company develops, we are working on offering additional sizes and will offer an extensive range of sizes in the future.

SHIPPING

The insured shipping takes place between 2 and 4 working days. The shipping costs within Germany are €6.90.

Visible damage to the packaging upon delivery must be reported immediately to the carrier (DPD parcel service) and this must be confirmed. Other damage must be reported to us within 14 days of its discovery or occurrence.

We currently ship to the following countries: Great Britain, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. Shipping is €16.90 and takes between 2-8 working days.

When shipping to non-EU countries (such as Switzerland or the UK), the recipient may incur customs duties. Additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs.

RETURN

Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please register the return at: support@thecore-label.com, you will then receive a return label by email.

The goods must be returned to us undamaged in their original condition including the hang tags. We will bear the costs for a return within Germany. Returns from abroad are subject to a fee.
